The Patchogue-Medford School District sponsors a self-supporting before and after-school program. In accordance with Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control guidelines both programs will be capped at 30 students each program at each elementary site in order to maintain proper social distancing. The before school program hours are 6:50 a.m. until the start of school, and the after-school program hours are from the close of school until 6:15 p.m. All programs provide affordable, responsible and caring supervision for elementary school students during the periods of time when parents are working and children are not in school.
Parents may register their children in either or both programs by completing a 2021 – 2022 Child Care Application. A $25.00 one time, non-refundable registration fee will be charged to each new family. Please keep in mind, you are not accepted in the program until you receive a confirmation of your approved contract. Registration can be initiated at any time during the academic year. Staff to child state ratios must be maintained at all times, therefore, registration at times may be limited. The Childcare office requires receipt of the application at least seven days prior to the child’s first day of attendance. Parents must register their children each year the child participates in the program.
